All orders are carefully packed and shipped to maintain freshness. Our pickles are refrigerated products and are shipped cold-packed when applicable.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickup or improper storage after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
